We pride ourselves on delivering the finest dental care at the most reasonable costs to our valued patients. In order to continue to do this, payment is due at the time that the service is rendered unless other prior arrangements have been made.

Please note that you as the patient are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.

For your convenience, and our records, we will send you a monthly statement detailing any fees owing to our practice. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame but also remember that most insurance companies will only respond within four to six weeks.

Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and your prompt remittance is appreciated.

In our continued pursuit of exceptional customer service, we can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan. However, this must be confirmed prior to the actual procedure.
